Questo sistema di fissaggio per ruote rielaborato soddisfa tutti i requisiti della attuale direttiva VDI 2700 Foglio 8.1 (valida dal 01.09.2024) ed è certificato da TÜV Süd. Il sistema di sicurezza a 3 punti per ruote con nastro da 50 mm garantisce una fissazione sicura di auto, furgoni e veicoli commerciali leggeri fino a un peso effettivo di 5000 kg.
Il tubo flessibile ad alta aderenza con piccoli tasselli di gomma copre almeno il 180° del pneumatico e, insieme ai ganci girevoli (Ø 15 mm), garantisce un'ottima trasmissione di forza e una facile manipolazione, anche su superfici di carico forate o in spazi ristretti. Una cucitura di arresto nel cricchetto mantiene il nastro sempre pronto all'uso.
Prodotto in Germania secondo la norma EN 12195-2, il sistema si distingue per una bassa elasticità del nastro (< 4%) e una forza di tensione di 330 daN. Grazie a un valore ETA > 0,5, circa il 70% della forza del cricchetto viene trasmessa sul lato opposto al pneumatico - un'ulteriore sicurezza per il trasporto del tuo veicolo.
