Dieses überarbeitete Wheel-Lash-Zurrsystem erfüllt sämtliche Anforderungen der aktuellen VDI-Richtlinie 2700 Blatt 8.1 (gültig ab 01.09.2024) und ist vom TÜV Süd zertifiziert. Das 3-Punkt-Radsicherungssystem mit 50 mm Gurtband garantiert eine sichere Fixierung von Pkw, Transportern und leichten Nutzfahrzeugen bis zu einer tatsächlichen Masse von 5000 kg.
Der hochflexible Grippschlauch mit Gumminoppen bedeckt mindestens 180° des Reifens und sorgt zusammen mit den drehbaren Wirbelhaken (Ø 15 mm) für optimale Kraftübertragung und einfaches Handling – selbst auf gelochten Ladeflächen oder bei beengten Platzverhältnissen. Eine Stoppnaht in der Ratsche hält das Band stets einsatzbereit.
Gefertigt in Deutschland nach EN 12195-2 überzeugt das System durch niedrige Gurtbanddehnung (< 4 %) sowie eine Vorspannkraft von 330 daN. Dank ETA-Wert > 0,5 kommen rund 70 % der Ratschenkraft auf der Radgegenseite an – zusätzliche Sicherheit für Ihren Fahrzeugtransport.
